
“Purikura Space” is an interactive art system that generates dynamic, abstract visuals of various patterns, mirroring the movement and gestures of the audience. The audience is free to explore different patterns reflecting distinct moods and vibes. The name is inspired by the Japanese word “purikura, " meaning a photo booth. Purikura Space transforms the static experience of a traditional photo booth into something more dynamic and playful, facilitating an open space for creative self-expression.
The prototype was created using p5.js, HTML and CSS.
